Retningslinjer for angrerett
Within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, the customer may provide the seller with a return declaration for the purchased items.
RETURN PROCESS
1. The seller offers the option to submit a return declaration electronically. To meet the deadline in point 1, you can submit a declaration before the deadline expires.
2. The declaration should include the following:
- The email address previously used to place the order
- Order number
- The name of the product to be returned
- A detailed explanation of the reason for the return.
- Video and/or photos to confirm product defects or damages *
Video or photo material must clearly show the issue with the product.
1. Within 5 days of receiving the declaration, the seller will provide instructions for the return and the return address for the goods. The customer must specifically send the return product to the address provided by the seller in response to the return declaration.
Returns sent to a different address will not be accepted, and no changes or refunds will be issued.
2. The customer is obligated to send the item to the address provided by the seller within a maximum of 5 calendar days from the day they received the return address and instructions from the seller.
3. The customer shall send the item to the address provided by the seller with insured and tracked delivery, and provide the package's tracking number to the seller via email.
4. The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the item.
REFUND PROCESSING TIME
1. The seller is obliged to refund the product's price to the customer or send a replacement product within a maximum of 14 days from the day the seller receives the item.
2. Only unused products in their original packaging will be accepted for return. If the product and/or packaging has been used or is damaged, no refund will be issued, and no replacement product will be sent.
3. Refunds will be transferred to the payment accounts used to make the order in advance. Once the refund is issued, the funds typically reach the customer's account within 3-10 business days. Sometimes, it may take longer, depending on the customer's bank.
RESTOCKING FEE
Personalized products are subject to a 70% restocking fee. In some cases, it may be possible to exchange and/or change the size of the product without incurring a restocking fee. In such cases, we will be happy to assist you.
